Meet the Team
Arezou Maghami
Co Founder
Arezou has a background in sales, marketing, and real estate. She is the co founder of Zarion LLC focusing on developing affordable housing. She has set neighborhood/subdivision records for every new construction home Zarion LLC has built and sold. She is a multi million dollar producer with JPAR in Dallas. Previously, she worked with real estate tech company, Opendoor and was the #1 agent in their DFW market. Her team achieved annual sales volume of $45 million+.
Shahdan Calcuttawalla
Co Founder
Shahdan is a real estate developer with projects across the globe and is now focused on creating a strong presence in the US market. He currently owns and manages 100,000 sq ft of commercial and residential space internationally. His experience includes ground up construction, including multiple apartment buildings. He is currently working on a 33.6 acre affordable housing complex.
